Exchanges:

- We offer exchanges for size-related issues within 7 days of delivery.
- Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to exchange due to a size issue.
- For any exchange, the return courier charge will be borne by the customer.

Exchange Process:

Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange due to a size issue.
We will provide you with the return address for the exchanged item.
Securely pack the item and ship it back to us at your cost.
Please include a note with your name, order number, and the size you need for the exchange.

Shipping Cost:

Please note that the customer will be responsible for both the return shipping fee and the shipping fee for the exchanged product.

Shipping Time for International Orders

We offer refunds for international orders. To be eligible for a refund, requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.

International Orders Delivery Policy
